Making an online payment WILL NOT EXCLUDE past due accounts being disconnected for nonpayment, nor will it restore service to a disconnected account.
**If your water account is more than 30 days past due your service may have been disconnected and is subject to additional fees.
To avoid interruption of service to a past due account please contact City Hall at (865) 453-5522 to verify your account status.
